In light of the recent surge in reported COVID-19 and Influenza (Flu) cases in New York state, we are reiterating the following health guidelines. All visitors are encouraged to wear a well-fitting non-surgical paper mask or a mask of higher quality, such as a surgical mask, KN95, or N95, for the entire duration of their visit. Please ensure that the mask covers both your nose and mouth. We kindly ask for your strict adherence to infection control measures, including thorough handwashing.

Additionally, we request that you maintain physical distance from our facility personnel and other patients, residents, or visitors who are not directly associated with the specific resident you are visiting. The safety of both our residents and staff, as well as your safety, remains our utmost priority. We continue closely follow all guidelines set forth by the CDC and our local Department of Health at The Plaza.

Please assist us in safeguarding your loved ones and our community by refraining from visiting if you are currently experiencing any signs or symptoms related to COVID-19 and Influenza (Flu) or have tested positive for COVID-19. We strongly recommend considering receiving the new COVID and Influenza (Flu) vaccines to help prevent the spread of these illnesses.
